Where are feral camels currently being managed?
Work is underway in three control areas that represent different types of tenure (i.e. pastoral property, conservation land, unallocated Crown Land and Aboriginal lands) in three different areas that have a high density of feral camels. This approach will provide information about the best control method, as well as a greater understanding of their watering and feeding habits and movement patterns.
