Where are leads/inquiries sent?
• If the listing has a listing agent assigned, the inquiry is sent to that agent. • If there is no listing agent assigned or if it is a listing that does not belong to your company, the inquiry will go to the default e-mail address for your company. • If the inquirer has already sent an inquiry on another listing, the second inquiry goes to the same agent as the first inquiry. Leads can also all be viewed in Realty Master by following the above instructions.
