Where Are My Email Page Background Direction Prompts?
They are ALL In Chinese or In Squares!!!! • Reply Contact This afternoon I was greeted not by my normal Hotmail page, but by a page whose background scripts were prompts in Chinese. After looking for customer service prompts only to be directed to drop-downs that did not address the issue I FINIALLY after ONE HOUR of dead end customer service pages found something to email Microsoft with. I described the problem, and obtained a complaint reference number. Later I checked my email-now the emails were in English but the background prompts were in Chinese still- I was told that I had emailed the WRONG “team” and to use this live link to discuss the problem. I am in NO MOOD to “discuss” or “chat” I WANT IT FIXED. I want to be told BY A DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE LINK what to do or how to proceed, and I want a reply by MICROSOFT-NOT JOHN Q PUBLIC who thinks that they might know or have an idea.
