• In order to properly promote the finalists in the festival, we strongly suggest their presence at the festival. In addition, we request the following: • * We ask confirmation of the dates they will be attending the festival (regional filmmakers, also please let us know), so that we can coordinate with the press and our staff. (To confirm, contact: filmmakers@dciff.org) • * We ask that filmmakers arrive at least the day before their film session. We strongly recommend that filmmakers arrive early for press interviews, and to allow for registration and orientation. • * The press conference for finalists will be held immediately following their film session at the Q&A session. During the festival, individual press interviews will be held at the DCIFF Filmmaker Lounge – to be announced.
