The producer / carrier toolkit (available on the website under the FAQ button) contains Insure Oklahoma emergency rules. Subchapters 3 & 5 pertain to carrier and health plan requirements. The Insure Oklahoma program has agent partners that are able to provide education and support for current producers as well as traveling throughout the state to recruit new producers.
