You will be hard pressed to find new bogu for that price anywhere, and if you do, the quality is slightly questionable unless it is a super special sale bargain price. Your best bet would be to find second hand sets, which I would say look at Kendo World Forums for more advice. The people there are very good and helpful so you should be able to get more info.
