Try eBay, you can find great deals on fur coat there if you look around. Chinchilla is actually extremely expensive, because the fur is so high-quality but also because their skin is incredibly thin and much harder to work with compared to other mammals. Unless you want to dish out thousands getting it straight from the companies, you should stick with secondhand. Most other fur types would be cheaper, too- I’d recommend fox or, I REALLY recommend American-harvested coyote fur, since there are no coyote fur farms in the USA and they are considered as pests over North America, so it is both cheaper and more ethical (a bullet through the eyes after life in the wild is better in my mind than euthanization after being born to die in a fur farm). On all the negative comments about fur- honestly, it’s people who get all their facts from PETA who ruin it for decent folks trying to give real facts. As long as you avoid seedy fur-makers like the kind in China with no regulations you can obtain
