Most of the dried orange blossoms for sale online are "for external use only" which could just mean they're high in citrus oil, or that they've had a preservative added which is toxic if eaten. I'd avoid those, and avoid any dried orange blossom from China too, considering what the world has learned in the last few years about food safety in China and the prevalence of poisons like melamine and lead in foods produced for export there. Hi...I live on a moshav in northern Israel and we have tons of wonderful, organic (chemical/pesticide free) orange blossoms that I fresh air dry and sell...the trees are in full bloom right now in Israel and the orange flowers are wonderful!
