Yellow pages–fuel supplies–order youself a 45 gallon drum of red and have it delivered to your required site/boat or agricultural site.It is illegal in road vehicles,the customs dips test specific gravity and also the red dye is a dead give away.I believe you can add fullers earth to red to remove the dye,but its your risk,your vehicle will be confiscated on the spot if you are caught and that is just the start.The EU is taking measures to try and get it outlawed in Britain.I cannot see it being discontinued in the present economic climate as it would cripple the boating industry.If there is a canal marina near you in London you can buy it from them as well,service stations are the places that you get caught by customs.
