Most no longer use it, the best thing is to read the label, or make your own, you still have time to have it cured for Xmas, I use apples, raisins, currant, mixed fruit and peel, molasses or treacle, brown sugar, rum, brandy and a bit of spice, a mixed one, I am a former chef from Canada and travel to the UK often, and most people make there own and the shops variety’s now have stopped using suet, but make sure before you buy.
