The Tri-County solid waste management commission accepts, free of charge, paint, stain, solvents, pesticides, insecticies, household chemicals, unused aerosol cans and other miscellaneous household waste. They are located at 601 North 20th Avenue, St. Cloud, Mn 56303. You can reach them at 320-255-6140. Hours of business are Tuesdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednuesday, Thursdays, and Fridays 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the 3rd Saturday of the month from 8 a.m. to noon. Tree Selection, Planting and Maintenance.
