There are several. The largest collection of GURPS material is probably at ftp.io.com, in the directory /pub/sjgames/gurps/GURPSnet. Log in as “anonymous” and give your complete email address as your password. Put new stuff in /pub/sjgames/gurps/GURPSnet/incoming.
