While this is a great place to look for potential investors and Investment Banking intermediaries, I wonder if you’re actually ready, from a Financial Perspective, to actually engage with them and take the transaction to fruition. I would actually suggest you get a Finance Professional involved, maybe as an Out-Sourced CFO, who can actually prepare the foundation of your funding exercise and then either approach Potential Investors yourself or engage with an Investment Banker / Merchant Banker for the purpose.
