Where can I find out about unfit father visitation rights?
In your last question, you did NOT mention anything like this. Here is your last post: Would a court grant visitation to a father for a newborn? My ex wanted nothing to do with me or my baby (just found out I’m pregnant). He said he would sign all his rights away now but he just found out that he cant do that until the baby is born. Now just to upset me he says he wants to see it but it would not be in the baby’s best interest. I don’t know what to do to keep him away from us. Your own words are that he just wants to upset you. As stated before you will not be able to stop him from seeing this child, UNLESS you can prove him unfit or a danger to the child. And to clarify even more, if you DO prove that, the courts are still going to allow him the chance to take parenting classes and clean up his act.
