No official sources, that's for sure. Aside from the occasional crappy halloween suit, there are no real PR costumes made for the public. Every now and again, a homemade one will pop up on EBay, or even a rare super-expensive prop from the series (Ninjor's Warrior Form helmet recently was auctioned in the range of several thousand bucks!).
