The original belts (there are two, one from motor to a fly wheel and the 2nd from the fly wheel to the big wheel which can be turned by hand for thicker materials or to get started) are getting harder have stretched a bit so they will soon need to be replaced soon. The local sewing machine store did not have generic belts.
