Guaranteed 100% opt-in email addresses ONLY. I have used 100% opt-in lists for prior companies in a different industry with extremely high response rates, but the vendor we had used is now out of business. Specific industries of interest here would be high-tech, nano-tech, bio-tech, private equity / venture capital, investment banking, financial services , legal, accounting, etc. Geographic constraints not particularly important, but preference is for California, NYC, and Washington DC. Job title focus of Director, VP, CxO, Partner, Managing Director, GM, etc.
