You can’t get hacks for official firmware, you need to downgrade and I’m not sure if you can from such I high official firmware. Your other question about youtube, you can’t on official firmware, you need a homebrew program called psptube, which is pretty limited anyway, you’re better off downloading what you want and converting it to mp4.
