Have you tried a fleece specialty store or a mail order fleece store? Or town has one and they have all kinds of fleece in all kinds of sizes and shapes. In fact, I’m going to go there this afternoon and get some fleece to make a small blanket for my new puppy’s crate. I know you want it to be no sew, but you might be able to buy two different pieces of matching fleece and sew them together to get the right measurements and put the seams on the backsides.
