There is nothing you can do. You will be sent home. You have already broken the rules, and the longer you remain, the worse it will be. You are also breaking more laws by working. You need to quit your job. If you think that you are going to be allowed to stay in the UK and use the taxpayers money to fund a lawyer to help you keep your cushy illegal life for the future, as you break even more laws in the process, you can think again. You have a real cheek to ask for FREE legal help of all things. You could at least pay for a lawyer yourself. First of all, you made the mess, and second of all, you are not entitled to anything. Stop scrounging like all the other immigrants. That’s why you have a bad name. You obviously did this on purpose. It’s pretty hard to be an illegal alien by accident, and even if it happened, it is still your responsibility to have stopped it happening, or report your situation the exact second something went wrong.
Everyone is entitled to representation on matters concerning immigration, and to have procedures explained in a language they understand. Look for a solicitor who will take the case on Legal Aid. Look for a solicitor or student who is offering advice for free on a “pro bono” basis. Many new solicitors and QCs do this for a short time after qualifying, with such help available in major cities. If you are an illegal alien, you should not be employed, and your employer is committing an offence by employing you.
