You can obtain sublet, and roommate agreements from our office. We also have a template for a tenancy agreement. However, you can purchase a tenancy agreement at the Landlord Self-Help Centre for $2, Staples, or Grand & Toy. The Landlord Self-Help Centre is located at 425 Adelaide St West, 4th floor.
