Where can I get information about character's furniture, clothes, set pieces, decorations, paint colors, etc.?

I don't have much of this type of information. But you could try writing to the people on the show who are in charge of such things. Get the name of a crew member from the show's credits, and then tack on the Joey address at WB. For example: To write to the Costume Supervisors: Julie Heath & Nancy Gould c/o Joey Warner Bros.
