Where can I get snow and ice conditions for winter recreation?

DCNR maintains two web pages during the winter months to provide updates on snow and ice depth, and general information on winter activities such as sledding, fishing, etc. The Bureau of Forestry's Snowmobile Trail Conditions page allows snowmobilers to check out trail conditions by region. The state park Winter Activity Report includes general information about winter recreation in state parks. Where's a good place to look for fall foliage? Look out the window.
