Original tax forms and booklets–including current and previous years–are available at the Central Library on the 6th floor in Government Information. A book of tax forms, which may be copied for a fee, is available at all branches. Tax forms are also available at most United States Post Offices or by calling the IRS Tax Forms Hotline (1-800-TAX-FORM / 1-800-829-3676). They are also available online.
