Where can I get these ingredients – Rice Wine Vinegar and Plum Wine or Sherry?
You should be able to find rice wine vinegar in your larger grocery stores in the oriental section or where other vinegars are sold. Be aware that this comes in both plain and seasoned varieties and you will probably want the plain You can find cooking sherry also in the grocery store at times again look by the vinegars. However, getting it in this manner tends to be a bit more expensive and of lesser quality than going to the local liquor store and getting a bottle of sherry or plum wine. As a side note: Seasoned rice wine makes a very nice salad dressing. It is lightly flavored and you can even do without any oil if you are watching calories.
