Where can i get used open front chiller/fridge for my shop?
Check with your local restaurant supply store. The ones I used to deal with had the used stuff in a back room, you just had to know to ask to see it. Anytime anyone upgraded, the supply place removed the old one and put it in the back room. They also knew of all the going out of business auctions. If you’re on really good terms with your supply place, you can find a model you want new, and they will pretty much sell it at cost to you to keep your business. Another tip is to ask your soda vendor. I got my cooler free, as long as I stocked it with Pepsi products. But I could put salads and such in there too. Don’t trust craigslist, chances are the unit is dead and would require a ton of repairs.
