Where can I go for resocialization purposes or for rehabilitation services?

The National Mental Health Information Center of the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) has an online, searchable database of facilities and services in each state. The International Center for Clubhouse Development has an online database of clubhouses. These are places where people who have had mental illness can go to rebuild their lives. Your State or Local NAMI Affiliate may also have some suggestions.  more
