If you click on the Publication tab (top right of the banner) then scroll down and click on “link for non-kiosk users”, you will find a manual called MANAIR. This document is the manual of standards and procedures for aviation forecasting in Canada. This joint Transport Canada – Environment Canada document is used by all personnel charged with the responsibility of preparing and disseminating aviation weather forecast products used by the national civil air transportation system.
