You don’t quite have the process figured out. First the machines that process the film produce the best consistency when it comes to even and correct development. The grain of film has to do with the film you choose, not the C-41 processor. Second, the machines that print from negatives use lenses (optically as you call it). What I think you are asking is for a lab that does custom colour printing using an enlarger like an Omega or Beseler. The machines that produce photographic prints from digital machines (Fuji Frontier or DURST LAMBDA®™) are printed directly from digital image files.
