• SGD’s Chromosomal Features Search: this search allows you to search for intron-containing genes via a web page. • SGD’s download page for genomic locations: each genomic feature has an entry in the file chromosomal_feature.tab. The file intron_exon.tab states information on the introns contained by loci. • Ares Lab Intron Site: contains information about yeast introns, maintained by Manny Ares’ lab at UC Santa Cruz.
