You should have received a letter during July, providing you with details of transport arrangements. This letter must be used as authorisation for travel until such time as new learners receive their bus passes from the schools. Please note that bus passes are only provided for secondary school learners and are not normally issued to primary school learners. If you have not received a letter during July, it may be that the information held by the ITU is not correct. You will need to check with the school, who will advise the ITU of the change. The ITU will verify the address against the transport eligibility criteria. If you are eligible a bus pass will be issued.
