Wouldn’t it be wonderful if there was a site that did all that?! Sadly our nation has opened its public transport, utilities, postal service etc to ‘competition’ which means it is nearly impossible for consumers to find out information like you are after because that would help the competitors, wouldn’t it? Never mind. I’m not sure what you mean though by ‘times vary’ on the routes. Off-peak travel is when you travel any time between 9.30am and 11.00 pm, Monday to Friday, and at any time on weekends and public holidays.” Have a bash at traveline.org.uk for journey planning. Or contact the Tourist Info Centres of the places you want to visit. They will know off the top of their head which long distance bus routes are running. Plus you will be able to pick up maps at local stations. Some places do fantastic
