Where can I pick up entry forms or sign up for an intramural sport?
• Entry forms are available in two locations. They can be picked up at the O.A.S.I.S. office or they can be downloaded from the intramurals section of the website. Entry deadlines will be listed on the semester schedule as well as on the individual sport flyer. • Entry forms must be dropped off in person with the receipt as proof of payment. For league sports, you will select you league time at the time of registration.
