Where can I purchase a licence for my dog or cat?
Licences can be purchased at the Town Hall. An altered dog or cat, $10; unaltered dog or cat, $25, fierce or dangerous animal, $100. Licences are also available through the Animal Control Officer, telephone: 849-3647 or email: animalcontrol@quispamsis.ca. An approved certificate from a veterinary or animal hospital is required as proof that a male dog or male cat is neutered, or a female dog or female cat is spayed; and confirmation that the dog or cat has received their rabies immunization every three years.031-03Bylaw.pdf You may call the Animal Control Officer at 849-3647 for further information.
