Fry it yourself. For the basic rice… Cook the rice and let it cool. Put it in the fridge overnight, and when you are ready to cook it, seperate it with a fork. Heat some sesame oil in a wok, add some soy sauce to the mix if you want. Beat an egg (or however many you need) and pour it into the wok as well. Stir fast with a wooden spatula, and keep adding rice. Keep the rice moving and coat it in the egg. Rice is fine in the fridge overnight, but don’t keep it too long, or re-heat after you’ve fried it.
