Where can I see the Lockheed Martin X-35s and the Boeing X-32s?
a. The Lockheed Martin X-35 A/B is on display at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum Udvar-Hazy center near Dulles International Airport in Virginia. b. The Lockheed Martin X-35C is on display at the Naval Air Museum at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. c. Neither the X-32A nor X-32B have been placed on display. Plans are underway to display the X-32B at the Naval Air Museum at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. The X-32A is in storage at Edwards Air Force Base, CA. Where will the F-35s be tested? All first flights of the F-35 will occur in Fort Worth, TX. Further testing will take place at Edwards Air Force Base, CA and at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Maryland. Where will the U.S. F-35s be based? It has not yet been decided where the U.S. F-35s will be based.
