In my previous experience, https://cinemania.pw is a pretty good place to find Turkish Dramas with English subtitles. I’ve watched some of serials there and could say that the site player is working perfectly .The interface is very familiar and it is totaly free for access .

As far as I know, there are a lot of online streaming services and special applications for smartphones. So if you want to find some Turkish film I recommend you to download and to install Showbox app (https://showbox.zone )
and enjoy your movie. Also, you can check for subtitles in settings mode.
