When funding is granted, funds can only be used for the purpose specified on your organisation’s application form. Cheques should be made payable to Eli Lilly Australia Pty Ltd and returned to Chair of Grants Committee, C/- Eli Lilly Australia Pty Ltd, 112 Wharf Rd, West Ryde NSW 2114.
