The CMS-1500 Claim Form Tutorial is accessible from the eLearning page under the “Education” tab of the Medi-Cal Web site. The tutorial will soon be updated to include instructions for submitting claims which include a Universal Product Number (UPN). The DHCS Fiscal Intermediary (FI) will also include training on the new medical supply billing requirements in upcoming Medi-Cal training workshops.
