1. Detroit Lions: Matt Stafford, QB, Georgia I have gone back and forth about this pick and I am not sure what they are going to do here but right now it seems as though they need a QB very badly. The reason I think they need to take a QB here is because with their 2nd pick their might not be any left but they may still be able to get a very good OT with their second pick in this 2009 NFL Mock Draft. 2. St. Louis Rams: Jason Smith, OT, Baylor The Rams really need a great offensive Tackle to Anchor their O-line and replace the great Orlando Pace for the 2009 NFL Season. I have been going back and forth between Jason Smith and Monroe lately. But since Smith is now the first overall pick I think the Rams get Monroe to help protect Bulger. 3.
