Where can you get cheap scissors suitable to cut hair with?
Try your local drugstore to find cheap hair scissors, like Revlon. Don’t buy normal scissors, as they’re often too blunt and since they’re obviously meant for cutting paper, plastic (all materials much less delicate than your hair). You may have a pair of eyebrow (or facial hair) trimming scissors, and those will be excellent for the meticulous parts of your hair, e.g. bangs. Please be careful when cutting your own hair (if that’s what you’re planning). I understand why you wouldn’t want to go to a Salon, but cutting the back of your hair is difficult, so take caution! You can also try Sephora, but I’m not sure if you have one in England or if they ship international. Hope I helped~!
