lynda.com have always been good videos but i’ve only ever watched the one I get on the Disc with .net magazine http://www.netmag.co.uk/ i advise if your a beginner use IRC http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IRC and hang around on the #css and #html channels to talk to experts that hang around on these channels, its a quick way to learn as they can give tonnes of advice and point you to great resources.
