Where did Seth come from in the beginning of the bible?

Seth was his brother that was born after Cain killed Abel — I think you are getting the story mixed up a bit. I don’t think they ever name wives except Eve in the very beginning.

Seth was the third son of Adam and Eve. Nowhere in the bible is Cain’s wife mentioned by name.

Seth was a SON of Adam and Eve that was born AFTER Cain killed his brother Abel, and was sent off to the east with his wife. The Bible does not give the name of Cain’s wife. She would have been either a sister or a niece from Adam and Eve’s children or children’s children. Genesis says they had MANY children. And since they lived for hundreds of years, they literally could have had hundreds of children.

Cains wife was not Seth. Seth was the last son of Adam and Eve. After Cain killed his brother Abel, Adam and Eve separated out of their extreme grief and remained separated for 120 years. After that, they returned to be together, and at that point they had their son Seth. Cain’s wife was not named. It only says where she was from.
