The answer to this question is, “it depends.” For basic login problems and other low-end technical issues, the best bet is to direct them to the PSU Helpdesk. If the Helpdesk cannot solve their problem, they should be directed to call or email Andie Karinen in the Distance Learning office. The email is karinena@pdx.edu and the phone is 503-725-4822. If you feel that the issue or question is of a higher level, then you may immediately direct the user to the DL office contact listed above. If Andie cannot solve the problem, she will refer it to one of the instructional designers or to the Director. All non-credit course students should be directed to Andie for technical assistance.
