Don’t try to translate sentences because the translator doesn’t know sentence structure or whether to use casual or polite verb conjugations. It’s better for you to make a mistake on your own. Trust me the Japanese know when you use an online translator and it contributes to their stereotype that “Japanese is so complex only the Japanese can learn it.” I get shot down if I make 1 mistake in Japan with their language, the Japanese are harsh people despite our view they are “shy” and “reserved” people.
