Where do I get a list of the PPO providers, both within the Municipality of Anchorage/Mat-Su Borough and outside?
Within the Municipality of Anchorage/Mat-Su Borough, Alaska Regional Hospital, Ascension Physical Therapy, Alaska Hand Rehabilitation and Chugach Physical Therapy are the PPO providers for this Plan. For services available at these facilities, the Plan provides different benefits, depending on whether Alaska Regional Hospital or Physical Therapy PPO’s or other providers are used. The Trust also participates in the Beech Street network nationwide. You’ll save money for yourself and the Health Trust when you choose a provider for services from the Beech Street PPO Network. The Plan benefits are the same whether or not you use a Beech Street provider, however Beech Street providers will discount their charges and you will not experience Usual, Customary, and Reasonable cutbacks.
