No version currently exists for WindowCE 1.x and WindowsCE 2.x devices. Microsoft Reader comes pre-installed as part of the Pocket PC OS (aka WindowCE 3.0). Microsoft has not announced plans to release an Microsoft Reader for older WindowsCE devices.
