Where do I return my unused parts for credit that were purchased directly through Moen?
Moen Inc. 2816 Bristol Circle Oakville, ON L6H 5S7 Purchased items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in a saleable, unused condition and in its original packaging – including packing slip. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, unless the part(s) is incorrect or defective.
