Report the company to the better business bureau after you write a letter to the company that fixed your machine wrong. You can also report them to the attorney general of your state. They will have a list of rules and procedures and you must follow their guidelines exactly. You must also be able to prove your claim. That's why you ask for all old parts and dump them in a box. He has your working one and you have a broken one. I would also make a complaint to the manufacturer of your fridge because you have to use the people they send out.
