Where do the fleas go when the druid returns to humanoid form? Don they fall off or die?
The animal form of a druid continues to exist in the Astral plane. When a druid assumes the form they are simply transposing this plane with the “normal” plane for a time. Therefore, most fleas are able to continue to survive by instant cast of Bind to Host and following the form through the reverse transposition.
